EigenCloud Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) describes prohibited uses of the Website, the EigenCloud platform and Services offered by Eigen Labs, Inc., including but not limited to, EigenLayer, EigenDA, EigenVerify and EigenCompute. This Policy incorporates by reference, our general EigenCloud Terms of Service (the "General Terms"). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the respective meanings set forth in the General Terms.
The examples described in this Policy are not exhaustive. We may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our Websites. The following types of activity and content violate this Acceptable Use Policy:

Illegal Activity or Content
Activity or content that violates applicable law including, but not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material
- Non-consensual distribution of Intimate Images (“revenge porn”)
- Terrorism-related content
- Content facilitating human trafficking or sexual exploitation
- Credible threats of violence
- Content subject to national security laws or export restrictions
- Use of the service by or for the benefit of any individual, organization, or government subject to international sanctions or export control restrictions

Harmful or Fraudulent Activity or Content
Activity or content that poses a direct threat to users or infrastructure including, but not limited to:
- Malware, ransomware or viruses
- Phishing or credential theft schemes
- Scams or deceptive content intended to defraud others

Infringing Content
Content that infringes on the rights of others, including, but not limited to:
- Intellectual property infringement
- Doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of personal information

Network and Infrastructure Abuse
You may not use the Service to:
- Launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks
- Attempt to exploit, scan, or reverse-engineer vulnerabilities in the Service
- Circumvent VPN blocks, rate limits, IP-based restrictions, or public key bans
- Orchestrate or participate in malicious forks of EIGEN
We do not monitor or have the ability to filter or monitor activity or content hosted by EigenDA operators, however we reserve the right to investigate any violation of the Policy and may be required to report violations to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or appropriate third parties.
