Acceptable Use Policy

EigenCloud Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) describes prohibited uses of the Website, the EigenCloud platform and Services offered by Eigen Labs, Inc., including but not limited to, EigenLayer, EigenDA, EigenVerify and EigenCompute. This Policy incorporates by reference, our general EigenCloud Terms of Service (the "General Terms"). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the respective meanings set forth in the General Terms.

The examples described in this Policy are not exhaustive. We may modify this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our Websites. The following types of activity and content violate this Acceptable Use Policy:

  1. Illegal Activity or Content

    Activity or content that violates applicable law including, but not limited to:

    • Child Sexual Abuse Material
    • Non-consensual distribution of Intimate Images (“revenge porn”)
    • Terrorism-related content
    • Content facilitating human trafficking or sexual exploitation
    • Credible threats of violence
    • Content subject to national security laws or export restrictions
    • Use of the service by or for the benefit of any individual, organization, or government subject to international sanctions or export control restrictions
    • Use of EigenAI to generate, promote, or assist in unlawful activities, including instructions for committing illegal acts, evading law enforcement, or bypassing security controls
  2. Harmful or Fraudulent Activity or Content

    Activity or content that poses a direct threat to users or infrastructure including, but not limited to:

    • Malware, ransomware or viruses
    • Phishing or credential theft schemes
    • Scams or deceptive content intended to defraud others
    • Generating or assisting with harmful biological, chemical, radiological, or explosive content, including protocols, step-by-step instructions, or optimization strategies
    • Providing instructions for self-harm, suicide, or actions that may result in physical injury
    • Using EigenAI to generate or assist with cyberattacks, exploit development, penetration testing, or other unauthorized access activities
    • Using EigenAI for harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abusive behavior
  3. Infringing Content

    Content that infringes on the rights of others, including, but not limited to:

    • Intellectual property infringement
    • Doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of personal information
    • Use of EigenAI to identify, re-identify, or infer sensitive information about individuals, including extracting personal data, generating biometric identifiers, or attempting to deanonymize datasets
    • Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or government officials, including generation of deceptive synthetic media (e.g., deepfakes) intended to mislead
  4. Network and Infrastructure Abuse

    You may not use the Service to:

    • Launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks
    • Attempt to exploit, scan, or reverse-engineer vulnerabilities in the Service
    • Circumvent VPN blocks, rate limits, IP-based restrictions, or public key bans
    • Orchestrate or participate in malicious forks of EIGEN
    • Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, recover, or replicate model weights, model training data, or backend infrastructure used to provide EigenAI services
    • Attempt to bypass or defeat safety filters, guardrails, or model-level restrictions (“jailbreaking”)
  5. High-Risk or Sensitive AI Uses

    You may not use the Service to engage in high-risk or sensitive uses that create elevated legal, safety, or regulatory concerns, including, but not limited to:

    • Generating targeted political content or otherwise engaging in political persuasion or election-related influence
    • Building or using biometric identification or surveillance systems, including facial recognition, emotion recognition, or similar applications
    • Attempting to derive, infer, or extract sensitive personal data or attributes about individuals, including efforts to re-identify anonymized data
    • Producing undisclosed synthetic media intended to mislead or impersonate individuals
    • Attempting to extract model weights, training data, or to circumvent or disable model-level or system-level safety features

We do not monitor or have the ability to filter or monitor activity or content hosted by EigenDA operators, however we reserve the right to investigate any violation of the Policy and may be required to report violations to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or appropriate third parties.
